Affordable One-Day Navagraha Group Tour
All nine planetary temples in one disciplined 15-hour run. Book a single seat โ you share the vehicle with 10โ15 other devotees. Fixed weekend departures.
Your own AC car and driver

The same nine Navagraha temples, in a car that belongs to you for the day. Roughly 300 kilometres, door to door from your Thanjavur address. What you are paying for over the group tour is control. The vehicle waits while you take your time at a sanctum. If you want to spend forty minutes at Thirunallar and ten somewhere else, that is your call, not the group's. If someone in the party needs to sit down, the car is there. And you leave when you are ready rather than at six sharp. The route is planned around driving time rather than convenience โ the nine temples are not arranged in a helpful circle, and the difference between a well-ordered day and a badly-ordered one is a couple of hours in the car. Our drivers work these roads constantly and know which approach roads narrow to one lane during festival weeks. The fare covers the car, the driver, his allowance, tolls, parking and permits. Nothing is collected at the gate.
Same nine temples, private vehicle. You set the pace, the car waits for you, and pickup is from your own address rather than a joining point. The group tour is cheaper per person; this one is usually better value for a family of three travelling together.
Yes. The itinerary is a plan, not a rule โ tell the driver on the day. The only constraint is that the nine temples are spread across a wide area, so large reroutes cost driving time.
Yes, anywhere within Thanjavur city limits, at no extra charge. Give us the address when you book.
No. The driver knows the temples and the routes, but he is not a licensed guide and will not pretend to be. Guide services can be arranged separately โ ask us when booking.
Private AC sedan for the entire day, Experienced professional driver, Driver allowances, highway tolls, parking fees, state permits, Complimentary pickup/drop-off within Thanjavur city limits. The fare you see is the published fare โ tolls, parking and the driver's allowance are already inside it, so there is nothing to settle with the driver at the end of the day.
Temple entry fees and special darshan tickets, Pooja/archanai expenses, Camera/video equipment fees, All meals and beverages, Accommodation, Tour guide services (available separately). These are paid directly where they arise, and we tell you about them before you book rather than at the gate.
One fare for the whole group, not per person. A family of four pays the same as a couple.
Between 1 and 3 people on one booking. For a larger party, call us and we will arrange a second vehicle rather than squeeze you into one.
Cancel more than 72 hours before departure and you are refunded in full. Between 48 and 72 hours, half the fare is refunded. Inside 48 hours there is no refund, because the vehicle and driver are already committed to your booking. Approved refunds reach the original payment method within 7โ10 business days.
15 hours. That is the time we plan for; temples do not run to a timetable, and a driver who hurries you through a darshan is not doing his job.
| When you cancel | Refund |
|---|---|
| More than 72 hours before departure | Full refund |
| 48 โ 72 hours before departure | 50% refund |
| Less than 48 hours before departure | No refund |
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7โ10 business days.
