Terms & conditions
The agreement between you and us when you book. Written to describe what actually happens rather than to cover every eventuality in language nobody reads.

Who you are contracting with
This website is operated by TechSlide IT Solutions Pvt Ltd, a company registered in India under CIN U72900TN2022PTC151232, trading as My Divine Tours, at 2 Indra Nagar, Medical College Road, Thanjavur 613007, Tamil Nadu, India. “We” and “us” below mean that company. By booking, you accept these terms.
What we are, and what we are not
We are a tour operator. We provide vehicles, drivers, planned itineraries and, on some tours, licensed guides. We do not operate the temples, we do not control their timings, their queues or their entry rules, and we cannot guarantee that a particular sanctum will be open or that a particular ritual can be performed on a particular day.
Where a tour includes a guide, that guide is registered with the state tourism department. Where it does not, the tour page says so — a driver is not a guide and will not act as one.
Booking and payment
Bookings are confirmed on full payment. We do not hold seats or vehicles against a partial payment, because on a weekend departure that would mean turning away someone who has paid.
The price shown is the published fare and includes tolls, parking, state permits and the driver’s allowance. Every tour page lists separately what the fare does not cover — usually temple entry, meals and camera fees. Nothing is collected by the driver at the end of the day.
Prices are quoted in Indian rupees. Payment is taken through Razorpay or Cashfree; your card or UPI details are entered on the gateway’s own page and never reach us.
Group departures and seats
Group tours sell individual seats and run to a published schedule. Seats are limited and held only once payment completes. If a departure does not reach the minimum number of passengers we may cancel it, in which case you receive a full refund or a transfer to another date, at your choice.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms depend on what you booked, and are set out in full in our cancellation and refund policy. The policy that applies to a booking is fixed at the moment you book and shown on your voucher; a later change to the published policy does not alter a booking already made.
Your responsibilities
Be at the pickup point at the agreed time. Bring photo identification — some monuments require it. Dress appropriately for temple entry; several temples refuse entry to visitors in shorts or sleeveless tops, and that decision is the temple’s, not ours.
Tell us at the time of booking about medical conditions, mobility limitations or dietary requirements that affect the journey. Several of our itineraries involve substantial walking on uneven stone, and we would rather advise you honestly beforehand than have you discover it at the third temple.
You are responsible for your own belongings. Please do not leave valuables in the vehicle.
Changes on the day
Itineraries are a plan. Traffic, weather, festival crowd control, road closures and temple timings can all require a change of order or the substitution of a stop. Where that happens we will cover as much of the itinerary as is safely possible and tell you why.
On private tours you may change the order yourself — tell the driver. Substantial re-routing may extend the day beyond the planned duration.
Vehicles and drivers
Vehicles are air-conditioned and driven by our own drivers. Self-drive is not offered. The specific vehicle may be substituted for one of equivalent or greater capacity where operationally necessary; the fare does not change.
Smoking and alcohol are not permitted in our vehicles. A driver may end a journey where a passenger’s behaviour makes it unsafe to continue, and no refund is due in that case.
Limits on our liability
We are liable for the services we provide — the vehicle, the driver, the planning, and any guide included in your fare. We are not liable for the acts of temple authorities, for closures or restrictions imposed by them or by government, for delays caused by weather, traffic or civil disruption, or for loss of personal belongings.
Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Travel insurance is your responsibility. We do not provide it and do not act as an agent for anyone who does.
Photographs
Photographs on this website show the destinations visited. They are illustrative of the places, not of the specific vehicle, guide or weather you will encounter on your date.
Complaints
Tell us during the trip if something is wrong — most problems can be fixed on the day and almost none can be fixed a week later. Afterwards, write to care@mydivinetours.com or raise a ticket from your account. We reply to every enquiry within 24 hours.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu.
