GDPR & your data rights
We take bookings from visitors across Europe and the UK as well as India. This sets out what you can ask us to do with your data, and how to do it.

Which law applies
TechSlide IT Solutions Pvt Ltd is an Indian company and is bound by India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act. Where we offer services to people in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the GDPR and UK GDPR also apply — that follows from offering the service, not from where the company is registered.
We do not draw a distinction in practice. The rights below are available to every customer regardless of where they live.
Where your data goes
Data is stored on servers in the region our host allocates, which may be outside the EU or the UK. Where data leaves those regions it is transferred under standard contractual clauses or the equivalent safeguard offered by the processor.
The processors we use are listed by name in the privacy policy, with exactly what each one receives.
What you can ask for
- Access — a copy of everything we hold about you.
- Correction — most of it you can change yourself from your account.
- Deletion — subject to the financial records we are required by Indian tax law to keep for eight years.
- Portability — your data in a machine-readable form.
- Objection and restriction — you can ask us to stop using your data for a particular purpose, or to hold it without using it while a dispute is resolved.
- Withdraw consent — where we relied on consent rather than on performing your booking.
How to ask
Email care@mydivinetours.com from the address on your booking, saying what you want. We reply within 30 days, and usually much sooner. There is no charge.
We will ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request — handing someone else’s travel history to whoever asks for it would itself be a breach.
What we will not do
We will not delete the financial record of a booking that has been paid for. Indian tax law requires those records to be retained, and that obligation overrides a deletion request — this is expressly permitted under both the DPDP Act and the GDPR. Everything else attached to your account can go.
Automated decisions
We do not profile you and we make no automated decisions that affect you. Prices are the same for everyone and are published; nothing on this site changes what you are quoted based on who you are, what device you use or where you are browsing from.
The assistant on this website answers questions using our own published pages. It has no access to bookings, payment records or personal data, and what you ask it is not linked to your account.
If something goes wrong
If personal data is breached in a way likely to harm you, we will tell you and the appropriate authority without undue delay.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled a request, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India, or — if you are in the EU or the UK — to your national supervisory authority or the Information Commissioner’s Office. We would rather you told us first, at care@mydivinetours.com.
